“Was excited to receive the wooden backgammon board in good time. Came nicely packaged with a personal touch of a note saying who had handpacked it.
Unfortunately the product is damaged - a small piece of the wooden casing was chipped - something I would have hoped would have been noticed if it had been "handpacked".
Took the joy off the moment when the gift was unwrapped . . .”
“Now the second time I have been hounded to leave a review for a product I am yet to receive. Virtually no communication from Jaques, only to say that they have been selling stock that they don't have and they have been caught out by the delays at the UK ports, consequently nothing has been dispatched. I ordered this product several weeks ago.
I'm sure the backgammon set will be great when it arrives but for the moment I am getting frustrated by the regular emails asking me for a review of a product I'm yet to receive.”
