Meanwhile, there are two points which I think you need to address:
Firstly, my contractual relationship is with you for the supply and delivery of my order. If your selected delivery contractor - Amazon shipping - fails to perform then they should inform you directly (since the contractual relationship for delivery is between you and them) so that you can advise me and take the necessary steps to fulfil your obligation to me.
Secondly, when I called your advertised number - 01737 500 200 - to discuss the lost package I was directed to a contact form on your website. I completed this and submitted it but received the immediate response that "there seems to be an issue with your enquiry - please call 01737 500 200 ...". As you will immediately recognise, this is a circular process with no chance of my contacting you. Perhaps you should check this out.
I have informed you of these two points but have received no response. This is disappointing, since the points were made with a view to helping you improve your service.”
