“Pity about this long established company.
I needed a replacement ball for a Jaques croquet set. I sent them the names of the set and the ball type. First they denied making what I needed but were able to identify it from their own advertising leaflet and photos of the box I sent.
When I tried to order the ball, my order was refused. I guess that was because they won't ship to Northern Ireland even though they use Amazon logistics which does operate here.
Laterly they haven't answered my emails.
And £20 for a single ball is a tad overpriced I think.”
