“Great quality set. Only disappointed because the carrying/storage case it comes in is made for a set of 4, not 6 so the extra balls and mallets are just loose in the bag and barely fit in order to zip it up. They can do better!”
“Incredibly disappointed… It is flimsy and lightweight… I think it would be more appropriate to sell as a child set or a travel set… The balls are small and plastic… The hoops are basically coat hangers .. it’s priced at £270 … There are equivalent quality sets online for under £50… have emailed JAQUES twice to organise return/refund but received no response and the telephone numbers don’t work ??”
“The balls are made of plastic and the croquet set that you sold years ago was much better with Colors on the sticks and balls made of wood.I ask for a big discount, cannot return them because i leave for the summer and need them there for a present.”
“The set arrived promptly - we were very excited as the bag looked really nice quality but on opening the product, we were disappointed and the wooden mallets and balls in particular, were very light in weight and not a good heavy quality. This is more of a fun family set and not for a serious competitive game. I emailed about my game and wish to return but awaiting a response. Sadly I would not recommend the product based on the quality of the balls and mallets.”
