“I cannot rate or review this gift as it is STILL incomplete despite contacting customer services on the day it was delivered, 3rd Jan, 11 days ago. Phone lines are closed, emails take a lengthy time to reply to & when the problem still isn't resolved, no response. Problems need resolving and even better, items need properly checking before being sent out, so then the problem wouldn't have occurred in the first place. Happy to review again once a complete game is received.”

“A lovely quality bagatelle board, presented in a nice box, and delivered quickly.
Two gripes with it however, and therefore only 4 stars.
The bolt for launching the pall isn't big enough, the bearings kept getting stuck. Swapped the 11mm head for a 14mm head bolt and the problem is solved.
The bearing storage area is too tight to get fingers in to pick the bearing up easily, additionally the pins rub fingers if playing a lot. I've ordered a magnetic pen to solve this issue.
At the price of the board the first problem should be resolved, and maybe a magnetic pen supplied also.”
