“This is the best garden game we have ever had. It is beautifully made, fun to play and compact to carry. Best of all is that every generation can play: you can adapt the distances that different people throw from to make it fair for young children or beloved grannies, and even the most skilled thrower can knock the wrong skittle down which knocks points off their score and gives less skilled throwers the chance to win. The website says I have to contact them about the process, but am unable to get a response from Jaques to my emails, and no one answers the phone, so I am getting rather exasperated. My recommendation to any potential customer is to be sure you absolutely want it, since returning any order, for any reason, seems almost impossible at the moment.”
“The skittles are excellent. However, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of the usual lovely presentation box. They were received in a shabby grey plastic postal bag. I was especially unhappy about this as it was a birthday present that was sent to my Granddaughter. I had no opportunity to see package had no box before it was delivered.”
