About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “These clocks are beautiful. They are so well crafted and the colours just pop. So happy that I bought three for my grandchild and Bruce and nephew. Love them so much I'll be ordering a couple more of them soon!”

“This clock, along with 3 other gifts, are for my grandson’s birthday. I bought 4 toys for him for Christmas and was so impressed and now bought 4 more. They are beautifully made and sturdy & my daughter-in-law only wants wooden toys for him & won’t entertain anything plastic! I’m thrilled to have found this lovely company and will be buying only from them in the future! I would thoroughly recommend them & the toys come beautifully packaged there is no need to re wrap them!”

“I bought this as a future gift for a baby that’s 1in April.. and as I don’t want to open the package I haven’t seen it myself. However, if it looks like the photo on the website that is perfect. This is the only reason I didn’t give it 5stars .”
