“The product itself is lovely and love the idea of the toy wrapped ready as a gift. However, I have been disappointed both times I ordered as though the product was wrapped carefully in a box, the gift box had not been protected in the amazon box and had been creased and damaged. More care in packaging needed. This is no reflection on the product itself.”

“Ive given this a 3 star over all only because when it arrived I didnt want to open it to have a look as it was so neatly wrapped and it was a gift. when my friends little girl opened it at her birthday I noticed the coloured animals had rubbed on the ark and marked it which is disappointing and a chunk of the wood was hanging off which must have happened before packaging which is also very disappointing... the toy itself is lovely and good value for money but disappointed that the abrasion happens which makes it look second hand and that whoever packaged it did not notice the wood hanging off... my friend had to glue it back down which was embarrassing and disappointing as a present!”
