Bought as a 3rd birthday gift for my Grandson (he's not received them yet) but am sure he'll have plenty of fun with them in the bath and it'll help develop is spelling skills too! “The actual alphabet letters are of good quality but when I enquired if I could purchase additional letters -so my granddaughter could use them to make her name -Arabella -I was told that it wasn't possible !
They didn't even explain why .
I emailed to ask if it would be possible maybe after the Christmas rush and didn't get a reply .
Quite a disappointing customer service experience .”
