“The actual alphabet letters are of good quality but when I enquired if I could purchase additional letters -so my granddaughter could use them to make her name -Arabella -I was told that it wasn't possible !
They didn't even explain why .
I emailed to ask if it would be possible maybe after the Christmas rush and didn't get a reply .
