“Recieved quickly, despite no damage to packaging the lid arrived cracked, broken and unusable. Emailed with photo to report fault. Reply recieved days later requesting photo! Initial photo sent resent... no reply! Chaser email sent, still no reply! Poor customer service and left with unusable product. Very disappointing”
