“Beautiful product and the packaging is exquisite. Which is why it was such a shame that a corner of the box had been damaged in transit. The toy was undamaged and my granddaughter is far too young to care about anything else but if I’d given it as a present to another child I’d have felt I needed to apologise for the box. Perhaps some extra packaging around the corners in future would help to maintain its immaculate appearance?”
