“I gave 3 stars because some times the cars get stuck its not very free flowing. But using 1 car aylt a time is fine to solve this problem. My boy loves watching it. Its very colourful and eye-catching”
“I was very disappointed that at the time of making the order there was no obvious means of changing the address to which the toy was to be delivered. I eventually concluded that the only way of doing so must be after I made the order. Once I had pressed the button to order, I found that there was no means to change the address. I immediately tried ringing but there was no means to get through. I then sent an email that was ignored for a couple of days by which time there was certainly no means of changing the address.Isobel Mackinnon (Jaques). I then received what I regard as an extremely unhelpful email, as follows:

Dear R Parsons,
Thank you for your message.
We are sorry to hear that the address entered at the time your order was placed is incomplete.
Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.
By 'Verifying ownership' of your order on your tracking we suggest you contact the courier to see if they are able to update the address for you.
If your order is returned to us at any point we will issue a refund for the goods via the original route paid.

The reply came TOO LATE to do anything. The address wasn't "incomplete". Their suggestion was for ME to contact THEIR courier. The fault was THEIR software (I regularly order online and never normally experience difficulty). The offer of a REFUND was by this time completely UNREALISTIC.
I would expect better of a family firm like Jaques.

“A great toy - on the whole the cars run smoothly down - only occasionally one gets stuck.
When putting in the order I was able to change the billing address but then somehow I didn't manage to change delivery address. Even though I realised straight away I was told it was not possible to change - so very inconvenient as went to old address miles away. So BEWARE when putting in order.”
