“So far my dog won’t go near the pet loo however this is training in progress. The grass mat is of very poor quality and bits of the grass are just falling off everywhere, even when I first took it out of the box which is disappointing considering the cost.”
Hi Ally, Thanks for letting us know about the quality of the pet loo, it is possible that these fibres are just loose in the box, but if you find this does fall apart please send us an email so we can get this covered under warranty for you.
