“Works great for what it is designed for. Transfering the heat evenly around the roast. I cooked two amazing roasts with an additional trivet on top of this convection tray and used a good heavy stone baking dish with stock. Cooked long and slow for 3 hours on a medium heat and the roasts had the best soft fall off the bone meat!”
