“It's a beautifully made piece of kit. As is the rest of the stuff I bought.
This one is a premium product for cheap. I've tested it under heavy load in the heat a fair bit now after doing the injectors and various other things in the 2005 Hilux, while working on a private property.
No black smoke. No warning lights. No issues with the way the vehicle drives.
The oil is incredibly clean now. Clean enough to have me searching for other problems that I can't seem to find.
I'll post an update after a bit more trial and error. For now I'm going to say it's not far off the minimum the engine will happily run with, due to build up in the EGR system, and still be totally legal to drive on the road. Not that far off my Hilux before I did all the maintenance that was well overdue.”
