“This is a high-quality part but unfortunately, I was unable to remove my differential drain plug using the tool (2008 Toyota Sequoia). After trying everything I could think of (long breaker bar, heat, bolt extractor, cold chisel, and this tool)I just drained the diff by sucking out the fluid from the fill hole (which fortunately I was able to get loose). I think this tool may have worked if I had used it initially as the hole for the 10mm hex was already somewhat rounded when I tried it.”

“Removal tool worked really well removing the old drain plug. New plug is fine but was a little disappointed to find metal shavings from machining stuck around the magnet. Not likely to go anywhere but would prefer they were not there at all.”

“The shopping process was very efficient and Kaon was constantly giving me support, until the product arrived (and afterwards too). I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the tool didn't work as expected, although I followed all instructions and my drain plug wasn't severely damaged. The replacement drain plug worked very well, after the mechanic managed to remove the old one using other methods”
“Packaging was really proper, products feel heavy (quality). Haven't used it yet, but I am sure it will work a treat. The removal tool looks mint and of high standards, the laser engraving on the top of it shows that Kaon put thought into designing this product and it isn't just a piece of machined scrap metal or something. The replacement bolt looks great as well, sad it will spend it's life bolted into the front diff... This bolt should be a showpiece”
