We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed by our packaging, and we'll ensure that your feedback is circulated with out marketing and management teams.
We always try to keep our packaging footprint as small and sustainable as possible. This means that each product is packaged in a single box for it's lifetime – rather than double-boxing in a plain outer for shipping. This does result in a label on the exterior, but we do try to keep our branding as discreet as possible, and our boxes usually featuring a small A5 label at most. We can understand and appreciate that this might not be ideal for your delivery circumstances.
We're saddened to hear that the packaging may result in you deciding not to shop with us again, but we genuinely hope that your new shock absorbers do their job and protect your 200 for many years and trips to come.
