“Great product and aligns perfectly like all Kaon stuff!
My 150 has an ARB Deluxe Bullbar so few tweaks had to be made. Definitely trim washer bottle cover as per instructions on 150 as well as on FJ - easy to remove (M6 bolt, push in clip through guard liner & pull down off pin). Easy trim with hacksaw blade & follow dimensions as per video for cut size as this worked out spot on.
When removing side bullbar bolts, the side plates may spring out slightly or drop as mine did, so it’s is a bit more challenging to make sure all the holes line up and you may need to use a bar to pry up the plate as much as possible in order to make the holes align – probably the most challenging part of this fitment if the plate moves.
The bottom attachment bolt for the bullbar side splash guards or wings is an M8 25 mm. However with the recovery points in place there is not enough clearance for this bolt and I used an M8 16mm instead.”

“Took a fair bit of fiddling around to fit due to the ARB bull bar mounting plates spring away for rails and hole alignment. Nothing a G clamp and pry bar couldn’t fix.
Had to trim 20mm off splash Gard mount see photo”

“As I own the 2011 model with the ARB deluxe bullbar I found that had to cut the wing plates of the bullbar to fit the recovery points. Maybe that could be added to the fitting instructions. I also thought that the bolts that go into the rear chassis hole could be a fraction longer as I had difficulty screwing the bolt in.”
