“I am a pensioner living in Pretoria, South Africa, that ordered the "chiller" during the festive period. A person by the name Timothy was most helpful, not only to provide prompt feedback on all my questions, also to provide guidance on the import duties and UPS as the import agency. Without Timothy's compionship I wouldnt have ordered it, because in SA there are similar products, in my opinion not the same quality and no dealorship advice to install it. I had a look at the Yoputube clip made by the owner of KAON and thereafter decided to install it myself due to the step by step instructions by him. Thanks again and fire to fork recipies was a welcom surprise, in fact it was him that introduced the cooler in one of his episodes that me decide to procure the KAON product. I'll send a photo later in February to Timothy from my celphone.”

“Great service, arrived faster than a lot of items I buy within NZ.
Instructional video was top notch, and made it an easy choice to fit myself rather than taking it to the local mechanic.
Great quality, the only thing I added which isn’t really necessary was thicker cable ties, and sleeping over the hose wherever it was touching.
Have yet to take the wagon for a drive but I’m sure it will see lower temps”
