“Heats up very fast and the temp control is good. It does bow upwards in the middle quite a lot (like a cheap alu frying pan does) when it heats up, so the flood slides to the lower ends, making it hard to use the whole surface to cook on.”

Also a tip...I used a Lge aluminium tray (you know like the weber drip tray ones but bigger) and shallow fried beer battered Flathead tails. So quick and easy and kept the fishy smell out of our caravan. Clean up easier than anything else I've used.”
