“Initially the 120a/h lithium arrived with a crack, I contacted the warranty guys and they arranged a return courier , and sent a replacement, all done swiftly and no problem. Pity that days after my purchase there was a massive price reduction ,seeing this reduction in price was a bit disappointing all the while waiting for my replacement battery to arrive.”
