took a fair amount of time to arrive, not sure if its a 120 as claimed but it runs flat after 36hrs with my engel fridge. i had a redback previous and that went 4-5 days not dramas. expected heaps more but for $199 you get what you pay for i suppose buy once buy right, not on this occasion

3rd 120 ah battery I have brought The other 2 have been going for over 3 years 1 in caravan and one in Ute running 60 litre fridge 24/7 with 180 watt solar

I was recommended this brand. However when ordering the product I phoned up first and specifically asked if they have any sales on or whether any of the products ever come on sale? The lady replied no they don't, its just the price listed on the website and unless listed there as a bundle option there is no discounts for buying more than one battery and that they don't ever have any sales/promotions on their products. As a result I purchased 3 batteries only to find out that the products I had ordered 10 days later come on sale! This was quite a disappointment ($99 per battery cheaper). Furthermore to put it in your face it shows up on the invoice and product review they send you in the picture with the sale price on it but charged at the full price... I called up the office and spoke to one of the ladies in the office and they advised it had been 2 days over their period to be able to assess what they could do so they said they would put it forward to the supervisor for review and see if there was anything they could do for me and let me know of the outcome. Im disappointed, in the sense you are told one thing to get the sale but the truth is another, had I been told they had sales time to time I would have waited as there was a holiday coming up. It does however now put the company's reliability and warranty in question... at least for myself.
