“This unit apparently blew a internal fuse and needed to be sent back to Kickass for repairs when not even one month old. While the did eventually accept the claim after many videos and photos, they ignored my queries for the damaged cause to the brand new 12v 170AH AGM Battery. While I acknowledge I should have used a low battery alarm, I didn't expect the Solar unit to fail within a month.
I had to purchase a new battery at full price which was very disappointing.”
