Takes longer than the advertised times, can't put much filling in and plastic feels like it is going to break when closing the lid

After reading some reviews we must have been doing something wrong , melts cheese and runs everywhere before it toasts the bread , we cut the Anderson lead off might come in handy and the rest went it the bin after trying it twice .. "♂"♂

It's a great idea, 12v toasties camping or on a boat. Definitely the wiring is too small gauge to handle the current draw. The top case is lose after 2 uses. I don't expect this to last long. Also disappointed that I paid full price ($69, free shipping) but is half price now.

I have just taken delivery of this great little machine and had to try it out. It is everything I expected from a Kickass product. It worked great. Can't wait to take it on holiday. It's gonna get a workout.

I haven't had a chance to use it so far. I wasn't expecting an Anderson plug so I'm having my electrician fit one inside my camper. But I'm sure it will be fine.

I hate mine so much, so much hype about these and it's just junk. It's not 5 mins for a toasty more like 12-13 minutes after pre heating (false advertising, nice), doesn't actually toast the bread as pictured, it comes out more of a soggy/stiff bread then anything. The guts are to small for a standard piece of bread and not deep enough for any fillings really. Not deep enough and can't close the lid with just ham cheese and tomato (thinly sliced) which is a pretty standard toasty/jaffle or a baked bean jaffle, Half the fillings or most end up spilling out at the back . The mess from that gets caught around the wiring at the back of it. Dog of a thing to clean up and best of yet my handle has cracked in the corners where it joins to the main unit just from closing it with a tomato cheese toasty when I was on Fraser Island. Wasn't impressed at all. So yeah it just sits in the drawer now, better off using the butane cooker and fry pan. The cord with the Anderson plug is to thin and gets hot and the cord really isn't long enough to sit the jaffle it in a good spot. The last 2 times I used it the on and off lights on the top don't work any more. Stays on the one color no matter what. 2 out of 2 products that I have brought from you guys that is just not at an acceptable level of quality and fails with in short period of time. Not a happy customer at all and I do not recommend this product to anyone. Its been a waste of my money .
