I'm not a huge fan of jaffles but thought I would give this a go for quick easy meals. As always is too small for decent sized bread but it also doesn't really get hot enough to do the jaffles quickly enough to avoid drying out the bread too much.

I was really excited to get this and thought it would be awesome when travelling. Unfortunately the handle design is weak and any attempt to clip it closed will cause the handle to break with even a slightly filled sandwich. Kickass were nice enough to give me refund on the product but it still cost me $16 for freight.

Used this while away last time, the current states 30A, but I only had 17A showing direct off my lithium. It is slow to cook and you can't have thick bread. I used a spring clamp to keep it closed. We only used ham and cheese slice in our thin bread. It got the centre hot but didn't brown the toast very well. Square edges in the cooking moulding made it harder to clean too. Needs a revamp to be good.! 30A would definitely be hotter and a bigger sandwich area and tension latch to hold it closed would help.!

Didn't brown the outside of the bread which had butter on.
