“Product may be OK, but the company's customer service and administration is totally useless and uncommunicative. My order was placed on a Sunday afternoon and cancelled within 16 hours by 8.00 am on Monday due to me having realized that I had ordered the wrong size. The cancellation was immediately acknowledged by email which advised that a support agent would be with me shortly - that never happened. Three days later I was advised that my order was on its way. I advised by email that my cancellation of the order had been ignored and sought confirmation of the cancellation - no response. 5 days later the order was delivered. I again complained by email - no response. Totally unnaceeptable behaviour by KickAss.”
