“This product did work great but now has been marking grinding noises for the fan, I contracted KickAss, they said this is normal???? This is not normal and argued with me and sounded like they didn't want to replace tge faulty charger... After a heated call they accepted that it was a fault, sent me a reply posted label to return the faulty charger and have not heard from them since? I will be seeking legal action for the cost of the faulty charger that is still under warranty. This is a vey dishonest business.”
