“Product is great, custermer service policies are dispicable. Bought this product new, pluged it in and instantly did not work. Notified them imediately and they said I had to go through a warrenty process for a new product that had never been used. I want a replacement and not a refund and then was told I had to bring it in only during the week so they could look at it. It was replaced and the new one is great but the fact is I live 2 hours away from the closest store and work 3 hours away, not easy to just get off work to take back something that should of just been a straight forward swap with a day of purchase.”

“Got a replacement of a 4 year old fridge under warranty. Absolutely no problem. Great customer service. New fridge now 2.5 years. Go through the toughest conditions, deserts, cyclones, extreme roads and never had an issue and never broken a bottle of beer. Tough as nails. Jeff”
“We have previously had an earlier model of this fridge and found it extremely good. We like that the recent model fridge has the option of reversing the lids. We were disappointed in how loose fitting the new bag is on the new model. We dislike the new location of the switch panel and Anderson connection as they now collide with the tiedown points. We are also disappointed in the removal of the 12v socket and two USB ports located on the fridge these were previously very useful. We previously really liked the dual basket system in the older model. The single basket in the current freezer is larger than the previous baskets and therefore they are not interchangeable. We have found that the new fridge whilst it’s dimensions are the same it does not fit neatly in the kickass fridge slide we had previously purchased.”
