“When I rang to purchase the cover, knowing this was an Australian company, I was surprised to hear a Filipino woman asking me for my phone number and email address. I said I am making a purchase why would I need to start with my phone number and email address? She replied please hold and hung up on me. To be fair, she sounded like I'd just woken her up anyway. I called again and picked a different option and got a young man who was still a Filipino but was much better and explained why he needed my email address. If it wasn't for this young man, I would not have purchased a cover. KickAss, be warned, if you want to employ overseas contact centres, I won't purchase from you again.”
