“First system I purchased failed - Kickass were more than helpful and replaced the unit. 2nd one I received WORKS GREAT. The only thing, I would rather pay a little extra for a better quality shower head. On both shower head units I had, the on-off slide button failed, came apart.
I purchased a different shower head assembly from Joocla.
Overall a GREAT shower system.”
“Love the system but our shower head stopped turning on and off property (seem to be the older shower head in your video, silver with the black on off button. We had to take the button off and use a screwdriver to leaver to on and off. Seems like the rubber O rings inside were getting jammed or to big?) Can't seem to find a replacement shower head on the website and would love to get a new one as soon as possible as we use it everyday. We are in Bli Bli and know you guys started in Maroochydore if you could let us know how we can order a new head we would love to buy one asap. We like the silver look but if the white shower head works better we love to upgrade. Thanks and keep up the good work look forward to hearing from you and getting back in that shower regards sam”
