“Installed it easily, turned it on and turned on my caravan microwave first ... Err 09 - short circuit! Every other 240VAC appliance worked after that initial problem but not the microwave. Contacted KickAss, they offered to replace it immediately ... before replying I tested my microwave again ... all good! I declined the replacement ... it was great after sales service by the KickAss guys ... thanks folks. I'll monitor it's operation when I take my van out again.”
“I realise that customer support can be a little hit and miss at times - staff in training etc - but in three attempts I got, delayed response, non existent product knoledge and incorrect product advice. Looks like a very good product so far (hence the 5 stars) but forget about it if you will need any technical support.”
