Received it a week ago and used it for the first time camping a few days ago. This is a great bit of gear guys heats up quick and maintains temp, love the presets and the non bulky construction the bag it comes with is also of very good quality and does come handy. I cooked a Hungarian Goulash on it connected to my 240Ah Lithium in the Ranger it was drawing around 40 - 60 amps food ready in around half an hour.

So far so good - it does exactly what it needs to. Its great that it comes with a bag and a silicon mat if required. We bought this primarily to use our Belman stovetop espresso maker on when we are travelling and staying in motels etc. Bonus is that we discovered that it doesnt need the induction adapter plate we had purchased assuming we'd need one but we cannot use the silicon mat as it won't read the espresso machine. Just need to be aware that it is very slippy without the mat.

I am super impressed with the induction hob. Just used it as a test to boil 1/2 litre of water for a cup of tea and it only took 90 seconds in an open pan! Thats about twice as quick as our 230v kettle at home! I was not expecting that at all. I was also concerned that it was going to be a significant drain on my power system, but by the looks of it it's not going to use much power at all. Very happy :)

Heats up a cast iron pan within 30 seconds. The biggest test was cooking pancakes. I could regulate the heat really well. I powered the cooktop with my 3.5kva generator through my caravan without issue.
