The only thing that I can say against them is that they don't give any sort of cash back when the item that you just purchased goes on sale, and can cost you hundreds of dollars on a big purchase like the lithium battery pack.
I would think it fair even if additional loyalty bonus points were given, as a discount on your next purchase.”
