“After my first unit failed when it was just three months old and I had no satisfaction from those I spoke to over the phone from the Brisbane office. I was at Kawana for another and decided to drop into this store. Craig was really helpful checked the unit and confirmed there was something wrong but he would have his technician look at it on the Monday . Craig called early Monday to advise the technician confirmed the unit was faulty and another would be in the mail within a few days. The unit arrived as said I was happy.”

“Charged it to 80% and have recently used it to start my wife’s V6 Kluger petrol when the battery died. 2 days later used it to start my fathers diesel farm tractor and surprisingly it cranked the teactor engine over without a hitch! My Dad has been using it all day today to start his tractor until he can get into town later this week to get a new battery. Impressive.”
