I had an issue with my 3000w inverter, so I went through their warranty procedure and submitted online from their website. I received an email and phone reply the following day. No questions asked. A replacement was post to the closest Post Office as I was on the road off grid. I am not joking, I received it in 4 days. Outstanding service, thank you”
“Looks and works fine so far ,easy to install ,only worry the new 12 month warranty others were 24 months , however manual says 24 months , old remote doesn't fit in socket ,10a 3pin plug and 15amp hard wired , not sure which plug to use for auto change over which shore power and how it gunna operate you need male and female coming out for it to work I'd say”
