“Item was shipped with courier for an exorbitant price and I only recieved the base. Maybe it's time kickass started using auspost instead of these terrible courier companies that have no care in the world if you recieve your product.”
“The hinge on the right hand side of the shower did not work smoothly. The staff were helpful when I rang up the support centre allowing me to use the shower on my trip then send it back when I returned. Hopefully I receive a good working unit soon.”
