“First week I had it, cooked pies,pasties,sausage rolls, apple pies, pizza, spinach and cheese filos. Sometimes that I looked at for years but didn't think I would use it. It works great. Would be better with different mounting options,ie nutserts in base”
“After now using the oven a few times for various tasks I am even more happy then when it arrived. From heating pre cooked frozen beef and gravy as well as veggie bake to slow cooking pork ribs in bbq sauce. Even some baking this little unit is a ripper. Only being two of us it is a great addition to the tourer we have set up. Power consumption once heated is quite good as well we have run it for two hours only relying on the 160a solar panel and 25a dcdc with mppt to look after things and even with the fridge running at -10 on days power has not been an issue. (200ah available ).
A small hint cook in an oven bag so that any spills are contained and won't burn to the bottom of the oven. It does get warm on the outside but not to the point it will cause injury.
A bonus with ours is with it mounted inside the wagon the smells are better than any air freshener I've purchased.
And when your mates sit down with cheap burger Pattie's on bread rolls and you park up with mash potatoes covered in pork ribs in bbq sauce the look on their face is priceless as the look of envy engulfs them.”
