Exactly what I was after, and at a great price. Found it really easy to install and now I can ensure I dont drain my battery when powering the Engel in the back of the 4WD. Ordering and delivery was really easy as well. Would recommend.

Easy to install and great concept (two batteries in a boat with electric motor .main battery and starter battery for petrol engine). However, when using then elctric motor the switch has been 'stuttering (on-off-on-off-on-off....) as voltage drops. Also has water condensation under the plastic cover for the override switch. Will be asking for a replacement and see if its just bad luck/once off.

All Spark, No Fire! The Kickass VSR does exactly what it promises—keeps my battery setup in check without catching fire!! Reverse charging? Nailed it. Car still in one piece? You betcha. So if you're looking for a VSR that works as advertised and doesnt melt your 12v system, this is the go. Bravo, Kickass VSR!

Would be nice to have a wiring diagram for the wire coming from this unit

Bought the 140 Amp Dual Sensing Voltage Sensitive Relay 6 or 7 years ago. works fantastic. never had a problem with it, Other then recently the override switch has broken, (not from over use) but i will be able to use the override wire to an external switch in a more accessible location. I did have a stat battery die in the middle of Simpson Desert, so happy it had the override feature. so was able to keep it on and start run the patrol of the "house batteries" for the rest of the trip.
