“I rang and spoke to a person who then got a tech to contact me. our fridge had stopped working on the other side of Australia and we were traveling, so we were not in one place long enough to receive a part for the fridge.
Antonio gave me instruction on how to diagnose the problem then how to keep it running until we were home. then I informed him we were home and the new control panel was sent. I fitted it followed his instructions and its now as good as the day we bought it.
