“I received my new Kickass cooler yesterday. It is AWSOME!! It’s sitting in my entryway one side at -2F the other at 33F. The packaging is very good with 2 boxes, bubble wrap and styrofoam around The corners. In spite of this it arrived with a very small dent in one corner. Not worth returning or fighting over. (The cover hides it anyway). I plugged it in and set it to quick cool. It’s quiet! This thing is tough, quiet, and very rugged. Its setting in the porch one side at-2F the other at 33F. The water bottle on one side is 1/2 frozen the drinks in the other side are cold and ready to drink. Cooler has been running one eco mode for 8 hrs or so. Ambient temp 64F. I researched electric coolers for several months all the better ones were comparable in price but many arrived late, damaged, and customer service reviews were HORRIBLE! I’ve dealt with Megan and their service tech about the ability’s of their power box. There are very responsive answering emails on their day off. The Aussies have literally Kicked ass with their line of products!!”
“I had a cheaper and smaller fridge for a couple of years which did a good job, but needed something that would hold more food and was dual zone for an upcoming one week trip off the grid, I looked at different brands like Domenic and Iceco, but ended going with KA...Very happy I did, I really love that fridge, and they have excellent customer service. About 3 month after getting it, I had an issue, the temperature was totally offset, after reaching out to them, they sent me a new board, which did not solved the issue, their tech support reached out to me so we could troubleshoot the problem, still not working. Then Adam drove to San Diego from LA, we realized I had damaged the sensor inside the fridge (i damaged it by mistake, it did not go out by itself) ...He replaced it and been working like a charm since then...I could not be happier with the unit and their customer support...As soon as budget allows it, I will be getting an auxiliary battery system from them and I strongly recommend them.”
