“I recently bought a used Northstar 650 camper that came with some impressive KickAss products, including an Ensuite Camping Shower Tent Awning and a Heavy Duty Car Roof Awning. I was excited to dive into the details of both items and was pleased to see the high-quality materials used. Both the shower awning and car awning were in excellent condition and clearly well cared for.
When I unrolled the car awning, I was thrilled to discover it had LED strip lighting. Unfortunately, I found there was no connector or controller for the lights. I reached out to KickAss via email, including a few pictures of the issue, and waited for their response. Their reply informed me that while they no longer manufactured those lights, they would check their inventory for a compatible controller.
A follow-up email revealed they did indeed have the connector and controller available. I was delighted to hear this and promptly provided my address. KickAss then sent me an invoice, and I received the package a few days later.
