“Very prompt service re delivery. Rug arrived rolled up and packaged tightly in plastic. When I first unwrapped it, the colour and pile didn't look very nice, but after hoovering it and laying it flat for a few days it looks much better. Defnitely a nice rug for the price I paid for it. I will consider paying more in the future for other rugs from Kukoon.”
