“Well I have taken one star off because of very very very poor customer service . I received rug and I realised it looked too white and thought it was a wrong rug I called customer service they said send an email with pictures so I did but never got any reply from them then send another email still no response its been few weeks . So if you get right item then worth every penny but if you get a wrong item you may get stuck with it . Rug: great looking good quality at decent price , delivery fast but no email received while placing g order and no email to say item has been dispatched so again very poor management. If you buying this rug thinking it is complete brown then think as it is cream mixed brown I wish I could attach a picture but I cant find it how to do . But rug is beautiful.”
“I ordered 2 rugs at the same time : "Brown Mottled Shaggy Living Room Rug and Brown Striped Mottled Shaggy Living Room Rug , both 5ft 3" x 7ft 6" in October. I waited to leave the review to see how the rugs lasted being in high traffic areas in our home. I can honestly say they have been fantastic, they arrived sooner than I expected when ordering them. They are both true to description and photo. they are not showing any signs of wear and tear, being where they are in our home is incredible. They are easy to vacuum so long as I remember to reduce the suction power prior to starting. I was also impressed at how easy they were to clean any stains from dropped food etc out of them. They are also a lot thicker than expected. So happy with the rugs and they are great value for money.”
