“Im so pleased with the rug. It is a beautiful colour and so soft. I have not had any issues with hoovering and pieces coming off. It definitely looks better after a little hoover. The price for the size and quality is excellent. I got the xl size. It was also delivered very fast. I have found my new rug place!”
“Ordered 2 furry rugs, different colours & sizes, a smaller one for the bedroom which was fine. The other larger for the living room was v disappointed with. The quality was not good at all. Contacted customer service who offered me a 20% refund. Customer service was good, although I wouldn't be likely to purchase again because of the quality. Should have known really with the low prices.”
