“This rug was delivered to the wrong address, I get that it seemed to be my problem to sort and was very disappointed with kukoons lack of support for this. I have orders before and had no issues at all! I did get the rug at the wron address but nothing from the delivery driver for saying thanks for doing that! The delivery company did ring me about a week later to say I have had some issues with my order but it was a week later - really this should have been sorted a lot sooner!”
“So very disappointed in online photo it's predominately grey but in reality few sml clusters it's all cream/white not really suited to my colour scheme but u can't see it until its rolled out only positive good quality”
