“I ordered the large black rug as I thought it looked so well. When it came it was the poorest quality rug I have ever had and I have had some bad ones over the years. When I rolled it out you could see the white base of the rug thru the tufts like a cheap eig. There isn't enough to cover the base of the mat so you can see it thru as you walk on it. It is so thin you might as well just walk on the floor. It has ripples all thru it so it doesn't sit well. I am hoping that sorts itself out over time. Really wouldn't recommend this rug. My sister also got a runner for her hall and it's more like a thin mat than a rug. Make your rugs more expensive rather than dupe people with fancy pictures and being deceitful. It also isn't 3cm tall either barely 1 and a half. Really annoyed about this”
