“The ladder is a good design and puts together fairly easily. The side rails require to be screwed on yo the steps and unfortunately one of the four screws wasn't properly threaded. I reported this to the company and they agreed to send me a replacement screw. Sadly, it hasn't arrived which is disappointing as everything else is fine.”
