“Ordering and price and delivery good. However ladder needed rail to be attached on both sides which was unexpected. Should have taken 5 mins as only 4 bolts but mouldings would not align to allow fitting. Needed holes to be drilled bigger. Therefore if you are not upto fiddling with it the ladder is not for you”
