“Was looking for a high ladder for some time. Came across the Lyte Platform Step Ladder and was a bit concerned that it may not be stable at the higher heights but it is solid. Website was easy to navigate and delivery was fast. I had read a few reviews from other suppliers mentioning that the ladder was damaged on receipt. When I received the ladder there was indeed some damage to one of the support struts, I made a decision to not look at a replacement as I did not see the damage affecting the use of the ladder but probably just to be aware because of the large size, some damage is a strong possibility. All in all my experience was good.”
